Our impact

Impact beyond the transaction

Thirty Three supports a small number of organisations doing work we genuinely care about – from children’s health and education to inclusion and community support, both here in the UAE and further afield.

Our involvement takes different forms. Sometimes it can be financial support. Sometimes it means giving our time, using our network or simply helping an organisation reach people who might not otherwise hear about their work.

We don’t believe buying or selling a property needs a charitable justification. We simply believe that a successful business can contribute something beyond itself.

These are some of the organisations we’re proud to support.

Thrift for Good gives pre-loved clothes a second life whilst raising funds for children’s causes around the world.

Based in Dubai, its work combines two things we strongly believe in: reducing unnecessary waste and using what we already have to create something postitive for somebody else.

There is also a very practical connection with property. Moving home is a perfect opportunity to clear out wardobes, and Thrift for Good can collect pre-loved clothing and put it to considerably better use.

The Sparkle Foundation works with communities around Zomba, Malawi, providing healthcare, nutrition, education and community support.

Its approach particularly appealed to us because it isn’t simply about short-term aid. Sparkle works within communities to build sustainable, locally led programmes designed to create lasting change.

We’re proud to support their work.

Widad Center for Child Development is a Dubai-based education centre supporting children of determination and neurodivergent learners.

Its approach recognises something very simple: children learn differently. Widad provides an environment designed around the individual child, supporting cognitive, emotional, creative and social development.

We’re delighted to support work taking place right here in our own community.

Team AngelWolf is a Dubai-based non-profit promoting inclusion through sport, community activities and what the family calls “Inclusive Impactivity”.

Founded from the AngelWolf family’s own experience, their work brings people of different abilities together — not simply to participate alongside one another, but to belong.

Their energy, determination and belief in genuine inclusion are infectious. We’re very proud to support them.
