Why Thirty Three?

The number 33 happens to have a deep personal meaning to both of us, something we found out only after getting married.

From the number of vertebrea we all share, its status as the Master Teacher and representation of mind, body and spirit, 33 kept appearing.  It was also the number of Kevin’s home growing up.

Years later, when we needed a name for the business, it felt appropriate. For all the talk of investment yields, price per square foot and market performance, sometimes property is much simpler.

It’s home.

With Thirty Three, we’ve built the kind of real estate business we couldn’t find ourselves in Dubai. One that works personally with clients and focuses on building relationships rather than chasing transactions.

We felt it important to build a business that contributes something beyond itself, so we have committed to support several causes that we care about along the way.

We are deliberately small and intend to stay that way. Thirty Three works with a small number of clients each year rather than aiming for volume. It means we know the people we represent and have the freedom to say what we actually think.

Sometimes that means advising a buyer to walk away. Sometimes it means telling a seller things they don’t want to hear. That’s part of the job.
