Thirty Three wasn’t just built as a business – it was built as a mission.

After years in financial services, we had everything we thought we wanted; stability, success, and experience that took us around the world. But something was missing. The long hours, the high-pressure targets – they left little time for what truly mattered. We wanted more – more meaning, more purpose, and more impact.

That’s why we created Thirty Three Real Estate.

We combined Kevin’s expertise in sales and distribution with Leena’s operational know-how and our shared passion for property and philanthropy. But we knew this had to be different. We wanted to create a business that gave back as fast as it grew.

The number 33 holds deep personal meaning for us. In its honour, we committed to supporting charitable causes across the UAE. 

This means offering honest, transparent and expert advice – helping clients make the right decisions whilst supporting the wider community; based on our three core values of trust, integrity and impact.
